about

Many of you won’t have thought of what would be said in your eulogy. Jamie decided to examine this idea. With guest piano in the intro, the song starts very delicately and is the slowest number on the record until it reaches its climactic ending. This one is our epic and we firmly believe it justifies its extended run time.

The CIA staff say: Depression will not be tolerated in The CIA. Every effort will be made to bring smiles the patients. Weekly screenings of British comedy "Bottom" should suffice.

lyrics

His was a troubled life
He tried so hard to be free
His mind became a prison
They threw away the key
He wandered, self-defeated
His demons taking the lead
Those around him said they loved him
But he could never believe

What he hell is wrong with me?
Writing my own eulogy
Does it matter if I try?
Does it matter if I cry?
What he hell is wrong with me?
Writing my own eulogy
Does it matter if I try?
Does it matter if I die?

His life was filled with sadness
Upon a river of tears
He only saw the pain
Such was his disease
His demons came alive
Four white horses in the sky
No matter how hard he tried
No matter how long he cried

What he hell is wrong with me?
Writing my own eulogy
Does it matter if I try?
Does it matter if I cry?
What he hell is wrong with me?
Writing my own eulogy
Does it matter if I try?
Does it matter if I die?

We don't understand our own minds
Logic thrown upon the fire
Reality breaks down the walls
Madness claws against the door
Knowledge is a dangerous thing
For a mind open to it
We're scared but calm before the storm
Like from a dream, we're waking

Does it matter if I die?

His life had just begun
He threw it all away
Put a knife against his arm
To see if he could take the pain
It is so nice to see
So many gathered here today
To celebrate his life
As short as it may have been

What the hell is wrong with me?
Writing my own eulogy
Does it matter if I try?
Does it matter if I die?
